Getting to your hotel should be the least of your worries after a long, exhausting flight. This Airport Transfer Limousine Bus can take you from Tokyo's two main international airports (Narita Airport: NRT or Haneda Airport: HND) into Tokyo city center, or back.

Where can I go with the Airport Transfer Bus?

Route: From Narita Airport/Haneda Airport (all terminals) to Tokyo’s Shinjuku district, and vice-versa

The bus stops at Shinjuku Station West Gate.

The Narita vouchers also give access to the route between Haneda Airport and Narita Airport.

Service times: 2 buses per hour

Length of the journey:

Between 60 minutes and 90 minutes for Shinjuku < > Narita Airport 

Between 30 minutes and 40 minutes for Shinjuku < > Haneda Airport

After stopping at Shinjuku Station West Gate, some of the buses also go on to stop at several main hotels in Shinjuku. For more information, please check our FAQ below.

 

Other bus routes (to Tokyo Disney Resort and the Ginza, Roppongi, and Akasaka districts, as well as Yokohama) will be available soon. You can already book tickets, as the tickets are the same no matter the destination in Tokyo.

 

Useful information

You can buy either adult fare or child fare vouchers, for Narita Airport or Haneda Airport. Vouchers are valid for one trip between the city and Narita Airport/Haneda Airport. To take the bus, you will need to exchange your voucher for an actual ticket, mentioning the specific time and route.

Narita/Haneda Airport -> Tokyo City Center

Please hand the voucher to the receptionist at the Airport Limousine company desk to receive your ticket into Tokyo. The desks are always open when buses are operating.

Tokyo City Center -> Narita/Haneda Airport

Please give your ticket to the hotel reception staff or bus attendant to board the vehicle.

It's not always necessary to make a reservation, but if there are no remaining seats on the bus, you will not be able to board. You can make a reservation to ensure you get a seat. Reservations can be made by asking the hotel reception staff, or by calling +81 (0) 3-3665-7220 (line open 09:00-18:00).
