Naruto Amusement Park

Ninjas at your fingertips

The manga phenomenon Naruto has just been immortalized in the form of an amusement park that has opened on Awaji Island. Fans of Masami Kishimoto's work will be able to admire the shinobis live, whose hectic adventures have drawn great attention to the youth.

The manga of a generation

Naruto is THE manga of the 2000s, with One Piece. The story of the young orphan ninja, more gifted at the beginning for silly behavior than for nimpo (ninja tactics), and who wanted to become Hokage has created an entirely new generation of manga fans like its predecessor, Dragon Ball.

The immense popularity of Naruto has produced a whopping 235 million volumes, to the status of the third top-grossing manga in history.

Awaji Island, north of the whirlpool

Awaji Island was chosen for a reason to host the amusement park. The famous Naruto whirlpool, which gave its name to the eponymous hero of the manga, is located south of this island and can be seen from the coasts.

As a reminder, Naruto comes from the Uzumaki clan, from the Land of Eddies, and sports a swirl-shaped emblem on the back of his jacket

The park, a fan's paradise

The park, named "Naruto & Boruto Shinobi-zato", is a tribute to the manga as well as its spin-off, Boruto.

On an 8,000 m2 space located in Nijigen noMori, fans will be able to find many iconic places from the series such as the mountain where the faces of the 5 first Hokage are carved or the green doors of the hidden village of Konoha.

For those with an empty stomach, a replica of the Ichiraku ramen restaurant is open, with the familiar shio-ramen, misô ramen, and tonkotsu ramen on the menu!
